For more than 30 years, Maria T. Sallato has helped clients in Florida, throughout the United States, and abroad. She has earned an excellent reputation for providing knowledgeable, quality representation in complex international cases.
Ms. Sallato dedicates 100% of her practice to Matrimonial law and complex international custody cases and is recognized as a specialist in the area of matrimonial law. In 2009, Ms. Sallato became Board Certified in Matrimonial and Family Law.

Ms. Sallato focuses on international family law, complex jurisdictional issues, child abductions, and interstate and international family law, where she handles even the most complicated matters. She has secured the return of children from the United States to Australia, Ecuador, and Brazil. She has represented clients involved in international custody disputes with England, and on numerous occasions with Colombia.
Ms. Sallato has also been instrumental in preventing the return of children to various countries under the Hague convention.
